What
Everyone knows twitter has it's ups and downs, and sometimes you want to be able to reference a tweet away from twitter. twictur.es allows you to create an image you can embed just about anywhere, that is not reliant on twitter's availability.
When
4 hours on 7/22/08 that would have otherwise been consumed with boredom.
Where
In my leather chair, until my battery got low and had to move to the couch for power.
