Black-Scholes Model

I am a fully experienced trader. But I was not always this way. I bought my first stock when I was fifteen years old. And, even though my family was not rich, I dreamt of having a lot of money to help everyone around me and turn my family’s situation over. I then learned about convertible bonds. I started becoming really interested in stock trading and got up every morning really early to follow up on the market.

When I graduated school I won a scholarship for graduate school at MIT. And I learned everything there is to know about the black-scholes model. We were actually competitors. But, at the same time, there was a bit of cooperation in this association. I was keen to cracking the system and figuring out how it worked. This is called healthy competition and, whoever got it right, won. It was a relationship of mutual respect.

The black scholes model was focused on removing risk from any operation. I thought it was impossible but, after some research, I understood it wasn’t. And, the removal of the risk was made through the hedge. There are actually, two different views on the same formula. And I was the creator of one of them.
